ALL THAT Freehold Property known as the Aliimanawa No. 1, Ahimanawa No. 2, and Ahimanawa No. 3 Blocks, containing by admeasurement respectively, 5 acres and 2 roods, making m the aggregate 16 acres and 2 roods more or less, with a good title. Also the Estate and Interest of the late Captain Read, m the Apeka Block, now occupied by the Trustees of his will, and estimated to contain 4 acres and 3 roods. All the land is well grassed. LOT EIGHT. ALL THAT Freehold Property called the Pokikangawaka containing by admeasurement 31 acres 1 rood, more or less, and sold to the late G. E. Read, deceased, by the grantees, excepting thereout 10 acres of land or thereabouts leased to E. P. Joyce, late of the Ferry Hotel, whereon is situate the said Hotel and appurtenances. LOT NINE. THE Taro-o-Paea, No. 1 Block, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, and the Taro-o-Paea, No. 2 Block, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods and 6 perches more oi less. The land is partially fenced, laid down m grass; fine flat land, with a Freehold Title, and excellently well adapted for a small holding. LOT TEN. ALL THAT the Undivided Freehold Estate and Interest of the said G. E. Read, deceased, m the Te Kati Block m the Poverty Bay District, containing 55 acres 3 roods 38 perches more or less. The portion intended to be sold is estimated to contain 27 acres 3 roods and 33 perches. This lot is slbo well adapted for a small freehold holding ; also, certain Leasehold Interest therein. LOT ELEVEN. ALL THAT the Undivided Estate • Share and Interest of the said G. E. Read, deceased, m the Block of Land known* as the Kaipara Block, containing by admeasurement 430 acres little more or less. The Freehold Interest intended to be sold is estimated roughly to contain, on a subdivision, 206 acres. Also, the Leasehold Interest of the said G. E. Read, deceased, m the Kaipara Block, for the term of 15 years, computed from the Ist day of October, 1869, at the yearly rent of 3s. per acre, payable yearly on the Ist day of October m each year. Also, all the Benefit, Right, Title, and Interest of the Trustees of the late G. E. Read, deceased, under a certain deed of mortgage, purporting to be signed by the Grantees m the said Block, dated m June, 1870, to secure the sum of £600, with interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum, payable oh the 4th day of June m each year ; the principal money accruing due on the 4th day of June, 1880. The property was occupied by the late G. T. de Moiderer, and is laid down m English grass and well improved, fenced m, &c, carrying a large number of stock. LOT TWELVE. ALL THAT Piece of Land known as the Rapanui Block m the Poverty Bay District, containing by admeasurement 26 acres 3 roods 24 perches more or less. Freehold Title, subject to a Lease to Charles Young, about 4 years to run. Together with such right, title, and interest of the late G. E. Read, deceased, as may exist m that portion of the Matawhero, No. 1 Block, adjoining the said Rapanui Block, towards the main road, estimated to contain 13 acres, more or less, and colored blue on the sale plan.
