The Leasehold Title commences with a Deed of Lease dated the 20th day of November, 1869, expressed to be made between the Grantees of the said Block of the one part and the late G. E. Read, deceased, of the other part for the term of 15 years, from the Ist day of October, 1869, at the yearly rental of 3s. per acre. The Freehold Interest is derived under and by virtue of a Deed of Conveyance dated the 9th day of November, 1871, from Heme Potopoto to the late G. E. Read, deceased; and confirmation between the same parties dated the 6th day of April, 1876. This Lot also comprises a certain Deed of Mortgage dated the' 2oth day of November, 18,69, expressed tb be made between the said Grantees of the one part, and the late G.E. Read, deceased, of the other part, to secure the payment of the sum of £30 on the 20th day of November, 1874, with interest therein, at the rate therein mentioned, payable yearly.
