POXGAROA STOREKEEPER EINED. In the Pahiatua Court yesterday Alfred Russell Bunn was proceeded against by the Police for using obscene language within hearing of a public place. Bunn was represented by Air A. AI. Ongley who pleaded not guilty on behalf of his client. Constable Gainey detailed how lie had served a summons on B.unn in connection with a sly-grogging case, Bunn refusing to accept same.
