WILL NEGOTIATE WITH AUSTRALIA. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copvright. SYDNEY. July 20. Sir Henry Gullett. Minister for Trade- Treaties, has announced that the Japanese Consul. Mr. Murai has informed him that Japan is prepared to renew trade negotiations with Australia on the basis of the existing trade position. Mr. Murai is awaiting instructions fixmi Tokio and it is expected negotiations will bo resumed next week.
