The Daily Telegraphs Vienna correspondent says that although Austria denies a sec*ret military treaty signed with Germany, it is certain military preparations are being co-or-dinated between Austria and Germany and commissions are conferring both at Vienna and Berlin on the subject of details of tho new agicement.
