15 PER CENT. REDUCTION. Electric Telegraph— Tress Association ALCKLAND, September 3. Judgment was giy-en by the Arbitration Court in connection with apprentices to the printing trade. The minimum rate wages payable to apprentices was fixed as follows: First six months, 17s; second, 19s 6d; third, 225; fourth, 24s 6d : fifth, 2<s; sixth, 28s 6d; seventh. 30s; eighth, 345; ninth, 38s 3d; tenth, 42s 6d; eleventh, 46s 9d: twelfth six months, 55s 3d. The judgment concluded that the present order is intended to effect a reduction of approximately- 15 per cent, in the rates of wages’fixed by the apprenticeship order of October
