BANISHED FROM SAMOA THREE STRIFE MONGERS. Electric telegraph—Frees Association WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Prime Minister’s office announced this afternoon that the Administrator of Western Samoa after taking the necessary steps required by the Samoan Amendment Act, 1927, has been authorised by the Governor-General-in-Council to require Olaf Frederick Nelson, Edwin William Gurr, and Arthur George Smyth to depart from Western Samoa, Nelson and Gurr to remain absent for a period of five years and Smyth for two years. The necessary Orders made by the Administrator were served upon those named to-day.
