As the New Zealanders had already practically secured a win little interest was taken in the games. In the Singles Miss Baker heat Miss Nunneley, 7 5, in the concluding set of the unfinished match. Miss Well wood beat Miss Ixe, love—6. 0 —4, 7—5, Miss Ward beat Aliss Jones, 7—5, 6—3. Doubles: Misses Grey and Travers beat Airs Do.vie and Miss Gardiner, having a walk-over. At the- Sydney Club’s tournament, in the final of the Ladies’ Singles Handicap, Miss Powdrcll beat Miss Lee, 4—6, 7—5, 6 3. In the final of the Doubles Handicap, Misses Addison and Yuile (Victoria) beat Mrs Goldie anil Aliss Grey, G—2, o—3.
