On the first counts tlie Labour leaders claim eleven certainties, and they are hopeful of gaining the seat o. Air Urquliart, the Treasurer. The old Opposition has been practically annihilated. Labour will form the Opposition in the new House. Probably some sort of reconstruction will be proposed in order t.o knit the other parties together and present a solid front to tlie Labourites.
