THE ENGINEERING STRIKE.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Per Press Association. Received 6.15 p.m. London, November 17. The conference between the Emplors' Federation and the engineers meets on Wednesday. Each side will send fourteen representatives and a separate chairman will be appointed. All lock-out notices which have not yet been issued will be suspended, and the engineers have given an undertaking not to interfere with workmen during the sitting of the conference.
