OTTAWA, April 24. The Government’s Closure Bill was read a second time in the House of Commons. The Conservative Press hail the passage of the Closure Bill as tho greatest of Mr Borden’s personal triumphs, and predict that the Naval Bill is now certain to pass. It is understood that the Senate is not likely to attempt to kill the Bill.
