EIGHT PEOPLE LULLED

ST. PETERSBURG, January 18,

Some bandits broke into a lonely house at Bozenicia, near Warsaw, belonging to Mr Weinberg, a wood merchant’s cashier. They murdered Mr Weinberg, his wife, three children, his secretary, the secretary’s wife, and a friend.

The bandits then bound a woodkeeper living near by, plundered the house, and escaped.

ANOTHER GHASTLY CRIME. BERLIN, January 18

Burglars broke into a shop in Berlin and shattered the skulls of a jeweller, his wife, and his daughter with a hammer. They then plundered the shop and escaped.
