RISING IN ALBANIA
CONSTANTINOPLE, September 27. The Mohammedan Albanians have revolted in the Rozaj district, killing Kamraikan and capturing the garrison. - The revolt is spreading. The object is to secure for Mohammedans the same concessions as have been granted to the MalissorL LONDON, September 29. ?* Reports that a large quantity of arms and ammunition has been landed in Albania from Italy have been confirmed. There is. apprehension regarding a fresh Albanian rising.
