ALEXAWiJ-tfA, December 16. The weathex was good for the Alexandra races to-day, and the attendance a record. The following are the results up to the time of the Telegraph Office closing: — Maiden Plate, of 25sovs; second ssovs. Six furlongs. — Paparoa 1, Radium 2, Folly 3. Won by a head. Dividend, £2 4s. Alexandra Handicap, of 50sovs; second lOsovs. One mile.— Flower o' Clutha, 9.12, 1; Spidex, 7.10, 2; Silvermaid, 6.12, 3. Won easily. Dividends, £1 14s and 17s. Central Otago Trot, of 60sovs ; second lOsovs. Two miles. — AvondaJe 1, Miss Trissie 2, Good Hope 3. Dividends, £7 6s and £3 14s. Manuherikia Hack Handicap, of 25sovs; second Ssovs. Six furlongs. — Grand Fauna 1, Witch Winnie 2, Radium 3. Dividends, £6 10s and £3 155., Flying Handicap, of 30sovs; second ssovs. Six fuxlongs. — Kelburn, 9.9, 1; Flowex o' Clutha, 10.9, 2. Only the two staited. A good race all the way. Dividend, £3 14s.
