VISIT OF THE NEW SOUTH WALES TEAM.
WELLINGTON, June 21. At a meeting of the Management Committee of the Now Zealand Rugby Union to night a motion that the union should take all the gate receipts in connection with the tour of, the New South Wales team wan lost, and the following amendment agreed to: — "That the unions concerned be asked to take control of the match to be played in each respective district, and a guarantee be given to the New Zealand Union of £125 each in the cases of Wellington, Auckland, and Otago, £75 for Canterbury, and £50 each for Wanganui and Southland; or, as an alternative, that each'union give the whole of the net proceeds to the New Zealand Union."
