WEST MATAU DREDGING COMPANY (IN LIQUIDATION).

A meeting of shareholders in the West Matau Dredging Company was held at the company's office, Jetty street, on the 20th inst. On the motion of' Mr R. T. Wheeler, jun., who occupied the chair, seconded by Mr G. S. Smith, it was ■unanimously resolved — " That it has been proved to 'the satisfaction of this- meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same; and accordingly, that the company be wound, up voluntarily.'' It was also resolved, on -the motion of Mr G. S. Smith, seconded by Mr D. W. Woods — '' That Mr W. T. Monkman be_ appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company, at a salary of 40gs."
