THE GALVANIC GOLD DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

The first general meeting of shareholders was held at the company's office, No. 1, Bond street, on the 11th hist., when the following were elected directors: — Messrs G. L. Dennislon, And. Melville, J. G. Moods', Alex. Kyle, and Colin Macandrew. Mr Geo. Blyth was appointed auditor, and Mr Andrew Hamilton secretary. Mr Payne (the engineer for the company) is well iorward with the plans for the dredge, and expects shortly to call for tenders.
