May 10. The annual report of the Trust Agency i'om. pany of Australasia showed 'hat th<* profit for the year amounted to £82,670. A lividend at th» rato of 20 per cent, per annum with a bonus of 2J per cent, was declared, and the sum of £692 carried forward.
