DUNEDIN CITY MISSION.
At a meeting-of the Dunedin City Mission Committee the following items amongst others were reported : — That, with the consent of the head master and school committee, a class for reading the B.ble was now held by the city missionary in each of the following schools t Albany street, Arthur street, George street, High street, and that another school was expected immediately ; that the' minister and office-bearers of First Church had granted the fcee use of the Russell street Mission Hull for a time, and that, in conjunction with the Y.P.S.CB., Mr Wright was now holding special cervices. The action of the city mis* sionary in accepting the position of bon. secretary to the Irish Soriptute Text Book Association was approved. During part of May Bit Wright is to eonduot in Southland services in conformity with promise* made month* ago. The hon. treasurer, Mr John A. D. Adams, reported thvt to date donations, &o amounting to £33 odd had been received, and several subscriptions were handed in after the meeting on the 1 22nd. Several acoounti were passed Jor payment.
