The total sum paid in dividends in the Inausahua County last month was £3112 10s, divided as follows :— Big River, £2.00 ; Progies', £660 10s ; Cocksparrowd ed^e, £202 ; Bullor, £150. Favourable n-.ws has been receivpd from the Keen-it- Dark mine. The reef is lift wide in the low level, with payable atone, which is the lowest depth payable Mo-e has been obtained ou the field, the di«tancc below the sea level being nearly 100 ft, and 200 ft btlow the bod of the InaDgahua river. Stone has b*>en struck in the Just in-Time mine by a party of tributes. It is gold-bearing, and the lode is about 2ft wide. The appearance of the reef in the low level of the Keep-it-Dark lias improved considerably. It is now about 12ft wide, and carries piyable gold. The new Low Level Company, who intend to work the old Inangahua low level tunnel, have purcha^td the Veuus Extended Company's crushing plant, engine, aerial tramway, &c, wi'h tho reEi-t-red water right. Work will be bt;ul^d toon by tenders being called for cutting a race one mila in length; the object being to couvey water to exhaust air iv pipes along a tunnel,
