Servia is calling out her reserves, a step which is causing considerable anxiety in the country. February 15. There is widespread feeling throughout Servia to resent the summary dismissal of the Radical Ministry by King Alexander and the illegal return of the latter's father, exKing Milan. A catastiophe is regarded as imminent. Rome, February 14. Italy is purchasing a million and a-half rifles.
