TO THB EDITOB. Sib, — It is now over two solid months since the meeting of shareholders was held and resolutions passed to carry on operations. Up to the present nothing seems to have been done. What have the directors and legal manager to say ? Is there no means of poking them ifp or getting capable men who will look after the shareholders' interests?
