THE UPPER WAIPORI GOLD DREDGING COMPANY. TO THE EDITOR.

Sib, — I am at one with your correspondent " Indignant " re the action of directors of the abovenamed company, and I think shareholders | show a lamentable lack of spirit if they quietly submit to such an act of injustice and selfishness on the part of the directors — otherwise the vendors. I observe they have not dared to defend their action in the public prints in response to " Indignant's " ohallenge, simply, I suppose, because it is indefensible. I would suggest that contributing shareholders should have a meeting to devise measures for their own protection. — I am, &c, October 26. JrjSTICB.
