M'Carthy, Claim £1 5s Judgement by default. W, Munn v. George Nell, Plaintiff had received by cheque the amount claimed less the expenses. Judgement for expenses £1 2s. F. A. Waterman v. Herbert Brown Summons not having been served three clear days before hearing, His Worship had no power to deal with the case. " John Fisher v. W. J. Jones, Claim £3 Is Defendent offered Ten Shillings a week which Plaintiff refused, Judgemens for Plaintiff. The Court then adjourned for a month.
