Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—James McAndrew and Co. (Mr Mueller) v. Alfred Lapwood, claim £4 15s 7d, costs 1 os; -J; Hague Smith and Co. (Mr Hanna) v. N, B. Lusk,' claim 7s 4d, costs ss. ■;.:.,.'..■ In the following judgment summons cases orders were made for the payment ot the amount of the judgment, debtors not appearing:—Charles Jackson (Mr Mueller) v. Patrick Mdran, £i 13s 2d (ordered to be paid within seven days, in detault five days' imprisonment); Robson Bros. v. Charles Gosper, £3 nd (ordered to be paid within 14 days, in default seven days' imprisonment).
