Waihi Return.

A MAGNIFICENT YIELD. - £12,048 FEOM 2820 TONS. This wonderful mine has now put up a record, the yield for the past month being the largest yet obtained from the mine during any four weeks. In all, 2820 tons of ore were treated, for the splendid return of £12,048 worth of bullion. Last month 80 tons more were treated, but the yield only amounted to £9800, even if the £1000 held by.the New Zinc was taken into consideration. This month that £1000 has been recovered, but even then the increase shows that ore of much better grade was put through. This makes a total output to date of £448,709, and for the present year of £93,996. .
