DUNEDIN FRENCH CLUB

The programme at the Dunedin French Club's meeting on Monday night consisted of a plav, a short talk by Mr T. J. Arnold oh the life and work of Chopin, and conversational games. The one-act play. " The Director Comes to Dinner.” was presented in a bright and lively manner by a group from the University French Club, which consisted of Misses Denise Shelton and Shirley Cockroft, and Messrs J. S. Murray and C W. Newbury. . , Madame Bollugue organised the programme. and once again a noticeable feature of the night’s entertainment was the good attendance from the secondary schools.
