REDUCTION IN CAPITAL With the approval of the Supreme Court, the Victoria Laundry Company, Ltd., is reducing its authorised capital of £50,000 in £1 shares to £25,000 in 10s shares Shareholders will immediately be refunded 10s for each fully-paid £1 share and 5s for each contributing share on which 15s has been paid.
