Otago Club.—A Four-ball Bogey Handicap competition played at Balmacewen on Saturday was won by R. T. Ward and J. D. Guy, with a score of 8 up. Other good scores were those of J. A. Scouler and A. R. Morrison 5 and 3. m Belleknowes.—A Medal Handicap, in conjunction with the first round of the E. A. Lucas Cup competition, was played on the Belleknowes course on Saturday afternoon. In the A Grade, R. F. McClatchy was the- winner with the excellent card of 66 —12—54, being closely followed by R. L. Park 69—14 —55, R. R. Armstrong 69—13—56, J. G. Gregory 70—12 —SB, F. G. Haigh 72—12—60. In the B Grade a tie resulted between J. Gore 79—22—57, and A. H. Thomson 80—23—57, and on the count back Gore won,, Other good scores were C. G. Pickard 78—20—58. L. F. Cleghorn 78—20—58. L. E. Anderson 78—19—59, A. W. Taylor 77—16—61. Chisholm Park.—R. Hedges returned a sound round of 75 in a Medal Handicap at Chisholm Park off an 8 handicap to give him a net 67. Other cards were’ R. N Morris 84—16—68, F. Eskrick 84— 16 —68. and J. R. Nimmo 85—16—69. In the Juniors,' S. Llarvey excelled himself to return a net 64 off a 23 handicap. Other scores were: N. McMullan 88 —21— 67, A. J. Simmonds 92—22—70, and J Campbell 91—21—70.
