REPLACEMENT MADE
VACANCY IN FINNISH CABINET HELSINKI, May 26. Cabinet ended the Finnish political crisis by appointing as Minister of the Interior Mr Eino Kilpi, who changed from the Social Democratic Party to the People’s Democratic Party. Kilpi replaces the dismissed Communist Minister. Yrjo Leino. , . , Cabinet also appointed Leino s wife as Minister without portfolio. Trained politically in Russia, the new Minister without portfolio is also the daughter of Otto Kuunsinen. president of the Karelian Republic and vicepresident of the Supreme Soviet.
