BRITISH NEGOTIATIONS WITH HITLER TERRITORIAL EXPANSION N.Z.P.A. —Copyright Rec. 10 p.m. MOSCOW, May 26. The Soviet Foreign Ministry has published documents from Nazi Foreign Ministry archives according to which Britain was secretly negotiating with Hitler on the eve of the outbreak of war to carve up jointly the continents of Europe, Asia and Africa. The allegation is contained in reports from Herbert von Dirksen, German envoy to London in 1938. Dirksen reported that negotiations for a British military, political and economic alliance with Germany were conducted principal in London between Sir Horace T7ilson and Dr Helmut Wohltat, Hitler’s economic commissioner, in June and July, 1939.
