TO-DAY’S RECIPE
YORKSHIRE BACON Bacon, 2oz. Egg, 1. Flour, 4Joz. Milk, 1 cup. Salt. Sift flour, add beaten egg and milk, and mix well. Place bacon in a cold tin and heat until a faint blue smoke rises. Add batter, bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes: then at moderate heat until firm.
