A NEW HAIR LOOK
Special to the Daily Times. NEW YORK, May 14. Among American women there is a new hair look. As one fashion expert puts it: “ Manes and tops are being chopped and shaped into slicks and swirls.” As usual, there is a commercial reason behind it. Beauty shops, losing money because of the popularity of home permanent waving kits, are trying to create a vogue too complicated for the self-hairdresser.
