WORK ON MOUNTPARK U.S.S. COMPANY CITED p A. AUCKLAND, May 22. The Auckland Waterside Workers' Union has instructed its solicitor to lay an information under the strikes and lockout emergency regulations alleging that the Union Steam Ship Company’s action yesterday afternoon in dismissing 34 watersiders from the wheat ship Mountpark is a “ lockout.” This was decided at _ a stopwork meeting of the union this morninfhe watersiders have also decided to observe the terms of the Waterfront Industry Commission’s decision on the Mountpark dispute in March relating to the lifting of hatches from the vessel.
