PITFALL FOR UNWARY
At least three footballers have fallen into the Oamaru creek during practice at Takaro Park at night through stepping on to the’grass growing on the edges of the creek. This was reported by Mr H. S. Strachan to the North Otago Rugby Union on Monday night, and it was decided to ask the Oamaru Borough Council to have the grass cut.
