STEADY RECRUITMENT

MEN OF INTERIM ARMY SERVICE WITH REGULAR FORCE p.A. WELLINGTON, May 14. There has been a steady response from serving soldiers in the interim army for enlistment in the regular force. Interim army personnel completed their term of service on March 31 last, and up to May 7 a total of 1391 applications had been received for service with the regular force. There were 376 for general service in the regular force, 889 for the home service section and 126 for the WAAC and ANS.
