OTAKI-MAORI RACES

PROVISION FOR DIVISIONS Special to the Daily Times WELLINGTON, May 13. A large programme will be presented by the Otaki-Maori Racing Club for its winter meeting on Saturday. Provision has been made to run three races in divisions. There has been a good deal of rain during the week and the going will be soft. Horses in favour include:— 11.0: Rangiuru Hack Steeplechase.—High Morale, Grand Central, Light Tea. 1140: Waikanae Maiden No. I.—Sunshine Bay, Aubrey, Nullah. 12.25: Pukehou Hack Handicap.—Jimmy Jinks-Determination bracket, Lady Oratory, Follow Suit. 1.10: Tal Timu Kara Handicap—Emerge, Merry Robin, Audacious. 1.55: Tainui Hack Handicap.—First division: Arctic* Circle, Sergeant Jack. Second division: Field Marshal, Commercial.

2.40: Waikanae Maiden No. 2.—Arvastep, 'Silver Mascot, Elofa. 3.30: Taipua Handicap.—Playboy, Sea Fury, Bronstar. 4.20: Ohau Hack Handicap.—Trafalgar Day, Exemplary, Foxtonian.
