ANOTHER HAUL BY SYDNEY CUSTOMS
Rec. 11.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 14. In a second raid to-day on the steamer River Clarence, Customs officers discovered pearls valued at £OOO. They were hidden in mutton bags in the freezing chamber. Gut fishing-lines and 2000 cigarettes were also found.
