Fourth Forms (Professional).—"A plea for the better use of our'Leisure.” Peggy Robertson 1. O’Dell Wise 2. Fourth Forms (commercial and home life).—“A Plea for, the. Preservation of the Fauna and Flora of New Zealand,’ Marjorie Mcßae 1, Janette Atkinson 2. Lower Fifth Forms.—“ The Speech of a Person About to be Martyred.” Judith Capon 1. Eleanor Bews 2 Upper Fifth Forms.—“ My (Favourite Poet,” Eleanor McDiarmid 1. Marie McDiarmid 2. Sixth Forms.—“A Plea for a Cause to do with Humanity,” Margaret Blee 1, Shirley Taylor 2. Miss C. Lindsay judged the Third and Fourth Forms and Mr F. Crimp the senior forms.
