SHIPMENT TO BRITAIN EXCHANGE FOR DOMINION BUTTER Rec. 11 p.m. WASHINGTON, May 27. The Agricultural Department to-day announced the allocation of 500,0001 b of lard to the United Kingdom representing the “ large repayment promised to Britain in exchange for New' Zealand butter supplied to the United States Army in 1946. The Department also announced allocations of lard, coconut oil and other fats to Austria, Italy and Czechoslovakia.
