PAINT FOR MOTOR CARS

The executive of the Automobile Association, at its monthly meeting last night, received a protest from the Otago Coach and Motor Body Builders Association regarding the lack of supplies of painting material for the repair of motor cars. The letter added that cars were depreciating as a result and it was alleged that supplies were being made available to only a selected few. Mr T. L. Campbell said that there was plenty of painting material available. It was decided to make representations to the South Island Motor Union with a view to action being taken to bring about an improvement in the position., ■
