Chisholm Park Club.—'Die first match on the 1944 programme was a Stroke Handicap, played on Saturday last. Over 50 members competed, and, after the practice of placing for several seasons, most players experienced difficulty in playing to lie The A Grade match was won by A. Laing (10). who returned a net score of 07. W. Wilkinson (24), who appears to have struck form, returned a net score of 67 A series of matches will be played during Easter, and the particulars of these have been posted in the clubhouse.
