DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE On the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday there were unsatisfied buyers of Donaghy’s Rope at £3 4s and of New Zealand Drugs at £4 14s. In the banking and insurance section Bank of New Zealands were quoted at £2 4s Gd (buyer) and £2 5s (seller). Commercial Banks at 18s 6d and 18s 9d, and National Insurance at £1 4s 9d and £1 5s Bd. Sellers offered New Zealand Refrigeratings (paid) at £1 9s 6d and the contributing shares at I4s 4d, but no buyers were attracted. An offer of £2 17s for Tooths Breweries was not accepted.
