TROUT LIBERATIONS
The following allocations have been made by the Otago Acclimatisation Society for the liberation of 47,000 fingerlings which were stripped about nine months ago:—Tomahawk Lagoon, 30.000: Shag River, 5000; Anderson's Lagoon (Palmerston). 2500: Waikouaiti River, 2500; Stewart’s dam (Waihola), 1250; Taieri Mouth Lagoon, 1250: Waitati River. 1500; Evansdale River. 1500: Leith and Bethune's Streams, 1500. Another small allocation will be made at a later date.
