EARLY MEETING LIKELY
ALLIED AND RUSSIAN LEADERS (Rec. 0.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 16. Mr Churchill, President Roosevelt, and Marshal Stalin may meet sooner than originally intended, says the London correspondent of the New York Times. Mr Churchill recently indicated in the House of Commons that the meeting might take place before the end of the year.
