ESCAPE TO JAPAN
GERMAN LEADERS’ INTENTIONS PRECAUTIONS IN CASE OF COLLAPSE (Rec. 0.15 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Nov. 16. The Berne correspondent of the newspaper Allehanda, quoting the Swiss newspaper Dietat, says Hitler and other German leaders are reported to be planning to escape to Japan by a U-boat and continue the war from there in the event of a German collapse.
