SUPREME COURT

PRISONERS SENTENCED James Edward Ashley Perry, who had pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to a charge o£ breaking and entering a shop and' committing theft, appeared before Mr Justice Kennedy yesterday for sentence. His Honor said that this was not the first lapse - into dishonesty by the prisoner, and ordered him to be detained for reformative purposes for a period of nine months.
