SINKING OF U-BOATS LONDON, Dec. 2i7,(Received Dec. 28, at 8 p.m.) A French communique says:— "During the last three weeks two enemy submarines have been successfully attacked by our patrol ships, one of them by the sloop Commandant Duboc and the other by the destroyers Sirocco and La Railleuie, operating in conjunction with a naval plane. This means that within less than a month three submarines have been accounted for by the Sirocco.
