A GERMAN PROTEST

REJECTED BY ARGENTINE; BUENOS AIRES, Dec. 28. (Received Dec. 28, at 11 p.m.) Argentine rejected Germany's protest concerning internment of the Admiral Graf Spee's crew and declined a German request that an officer should accompany each group of sailors interned. It was announced that the cosl of maintenance, of those interned would be charged against Germany. The police fingerprint experts and photographers are taking documents from the crew prior to issuing identification certificates permitting freedom of movement within the internment areas.
