PROGRESS OF BRITISH BILL THIRD READING TO-MORROW (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, May 15. (Received May 16, at 6.30 p.m.) The remaining stages of the Military Training Bill will be completed in the House of Commons this week. Consideration of the Bill in committee was concluded to-day, and the report stage and the third reading will be taken on Thursday. AMENDMENT ACCEPTED EMPLOYERS' LIABILITY LONDON, May 15. In the committee stage of the Military Training Bill the Government accepted an amendment to extend employers' liability to pay four weeks' salary if they do not reinstate a man to liability to pay 12 weeks' salary.
